JNL Solar specializes in new energies, with a particular focus on research and development, manufacturing, and the sale of crystalline silicon products, including silicon wafers, solar cells,
and solar modules.
JNL has diversified and developed its expertise in various sectors such as steel, energy, and media. We produce lifting equipment, metal cables, steel products, and crystalline silicon solar panels. Additionally, we operate television networks, manage advertising activities, and produce films. Our portfolio also extends to real estate development, logistics, and transportation.
With over 8,000 employees and a turnover of 1.5 billion euros across all activities, JNL Solar also develops and operates photovoltaic power plants. Automatic production line
JNL Solar is a pioneer in the photovoltaic industry by adopting fully automated soldering equipment. Additionally, JNL Solar is the first photovoltaic company certified for PID (Potential Induced Degradation) testing, further strengthening our commitment to quality and reliability.
To ensure the quality of our products, JNL Solar has integrated 15 online testing processes throughout module production. These tests include:
- Automatic single weld detection
- Automatic weld chain detection
- EL (Electroluminescence) test before lamination
- EL test after lamination
- Flash test
- EL test of finished products
These rigorous steps allow us to maintain high quality standards and ensure optimal performance for each solar module.
Inspection & tests
JNL Solar has established an advanced testing center, allowing us to constantly improve our market competitiveness and strengthen our brand recognition. To ensure optimal traceability ofour products, we have developed the MES (Manufacturing Execution System), incorporating barcode reading technology.
